Hi there! I’m Anna Maria—well, sort of. People usually just call me Anna, or Anne. I’m cool with both.
I’ve always been obsessed with interiors, but it didn’t really hit me until we bought our first house. While renovating, I had this big aha moment—I realised this is what I want to do for the rest of my life! So, I dove back into studying, earning a Level 3 Diploma in Interior Design, followed by a Foundation Degree, and then a BA in Interior Design at the National Design Academy.
With every year of studying, my passion just grew, so I started a blog focused on interior design, especially small, budget-friendly spaces. I truly believe that our homes have a huge impact on our well-being and how we feel. I wanted to share my passion, I wanted to shout, “YOU TOO CAN HAVE A BEAUTIFUL HOME!”
And here we are, a few years later, still on that same mission—turning houses into homes with minimal spending and minimal environmental impact. My affordable interior design service helps people create spaces they love and never want to leave. Because home is so much more than just a building—it’s where everything begins.
My personal style is definitely influenced by my favourite type of home—the cosy, charming cottage. Funny enough, I actually live in a 1930s house! But one day, when the kids are all grown up and have flown the nest, you’ll find me in a little cottage by the sea, living that dream.
For now, though, I’m all about bringing those warm, cottagey vibes into our current home. It’s about creating that same sense of comfort, charm, and relaxation—no matter where you live, and no matter what your style is.
